How to pay via Interac e-Transfer
All Pepternix orders are paid via Interac e-Transfer, a secure bank-to-bank transfer system supported by all major Canadian financial institutions. Follow the steps below to complete your payment.
Place your order
Select compounds from our catalog, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout form. You will receive an order number in the format PTX-748291 on the confirmation page and via email.
Open your banking app
Log into your bank's online or mobile banking application. Navigate to the Interac e-Transfer section. This is typically found under 'Transfers' or 'Send Money'.

Add recipient
Add our DUCA business account as a recipient. Use the email address payments@pepternix.ca. Your bank may require you to confirm this contact before sending.

Enter the exact amount
Enter the exact total shown on your order confirmation. Do not round. The amount must match precisely to allow automatic order matching. Copy the amount from your confirmation page to avoid errors.

Add order number to memo
In the message or memo field, enter only your order number (e.g. PTX-748291). Do not add other text. This is used to automatically match your payment to your order.

Send and confirm
Review and send the transfer. Save or screenshot the transfer confirmation from your bank. Your order status will update to 'Paid' once we confirm receipt, typically within 1 business day.
