1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, shipping address, and order details. We do not collect payment credentials — all payment is via Interac e-Transfer handled by your financial institution.
2. How we use information
We use your information to: process and fulfill orders, send order confirmations and shipping notifications, respond to inquiries, and maintain records required for business operations.
3. Data storage
Order and customer data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. We retain order records for a minimum of 7 years for business and tax record purposes.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Canada Post / Shippo (shipping labels). Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
5. Your rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. Contact us at support@pepternix.ca to exercise these rights.
