1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Pepternix website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
2. Permitted use
You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use this site in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local law, or to acquire compounds for any purpose other than legitimate laboratory research.
3. Research compounds
All products are sold for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary consumption. Not approved for therapeutic use. You represent that you are a qualified researcher and will use compounds only in a regulated laboratory environment.
4. Orders and payment
Orders are accepted pending payment via Interac e-Transfer. An order is not confirmed until payment is received and matched to your order number. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund of any payment received.
5. Shipping
We ship to Canadian addresses only via Canada Post Xpresspost. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon carrier pickup.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepternix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any compound. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
7. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
