Shipping policy

Carrier
All orders ship via Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking. Tracking numbers are provided via email once a shipping label has been generated.
Shipping destination
We currently ship to Canadian addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders received and confirmed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically shipped the same day.
Delivery estimates
Canada Post Xpresspost delivers to most Canadian addresses in 1–3 business days. Remote areas may require additional transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Packaging
Compounds are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs where required by storage specifications. All packages are discreet — the return address reads 'Pepternix' with no product description on the exterior.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon carrier pickup. If your shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we will open a Canada Post investigation. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier.
